Genocide is the worst crime exercised against Kurdish people in their struggle to be recognized as such in contemporary times, it is also concluded in War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity to show its anti-human essence.

The political systems set up in the countries occupies partitioned Kurdish land- Kurdistan- applied assimilation and annihilation policies in order to be able to claim homogenized population to be called nation-state such as Turkey. Genocidal policies are part of the all kind of policies regarding to non-Turkish people such as banning Kurdish language.

The projects of nation-building concept in the political science has its negation as nation-destroying where massacres, mass murders, forced depopulation of selected target territories, selected assassination of cultural, social and political leaders who are the vanguards of people’s resistance movement falls into the this process rightly defined as Genocide. As it is said in part or in whole in the definition of Genocide where even forcibly transferring children of the group to another group"
